arrangements and the reports of the Rates Collection
Committee from time to time, have been so
constantly before the Vestry, that I cannot add
much to the information already procured. The
object of the building has been so often explained

would be out of place for me to attempt to make
it any clearer, so I will content myself with a mere
statement of the accommodation provided and the
general capabilities of the building. As it is not
yet quite completed I cannot state the exact cost,
many small matters still requiring to be performed
to make it as complete as the Vestry would probably
desire.
