Mr. Edmund Rumney Smith and the Clerk attended on behalf of the Vestry, and made several
suggestions to the scheme, with the view of having the interests of the Parish properly attended

approved and adopted, whereby the Lower Road, Union Road, and Rotherhithe Street

under certain restrictions, and for the punishment of offenders, in consequence of which several
parties were summoned, and penalties, as provided by the Act of Parliament, were inflicted.
