Horse Fodder.
The following table will show the contracts entered
into during the year for the supply of horse fodder,
the cost per horse per week for keep and bedding, the
average cost being £l 0s. 0.81d. In consequence of
the very dry summer and the short grass crop throughout
the country, the cost for the year has been
considerably increased.
