CLARENDON STREET LAVATORY.
This lavatory was opened on the 20th July, 1893,
and has therefore, up to the present time, been open
about eight months.
It has been a great boon to the neighbourhood, and
the complaints that were frequently being received as
to certain nuisances being committed there before its
erection have now entirely ceased. The figures will
give a return of the number of persons who have paid
