During the year 3,355 trenches were opened in the public roads and footpaths by Gas, Water, and Electric Lighting Companies, Postal Telegraph Authorities, &c., &c., the Vestry's workmen reinstating the same at the cost of the various authorities, as below, viz.:-

The Vestry's powers under the 105th Section of
the Metropolis Local Management Act, 1855, have
been carried out in Croxley Road, on the flanks of
Trinity Wesleyan Chapel and Emmanuel Vicarage.
The undermentioned portions of New Roads have
been taken to during the year:—
