the Canal in Harrow Road, near Howley Place, and
also to the proposed double line from Amberley Road
down the Lock Bridge Approach. If the Tramways
are thus carried out at these points, I fear constant
accidents will occur.
Tramway No. 3.—A double line commencing by
a junction with Tramway No. 2, about half-a-chain
North of Christ Church Road, Kilburn, and passing
thence in a Southerly direction along Edgware Road
and High Road, Kilburn, and terminating in that
Road at a point about half-a-chain N. of Kilburn Park
Road. Length—1 mile, 0 furlongs, 2 chains.
Tramway No. 4.—A double and single line commencing
by a junction with Tramway No. 3 at its
termination, and passing thence in a Southerly direction
along High Road, Kilburn, Maida Vale, and
Edgware Road, into, and terminating in Harrow Road,
at a point 1½ chains West of Edgware Road. Length
— 1 mile, 2 furlongs, 8.5 chains.
The single line will be at the following points :—
From a point 4 chains South from centre of Canal
Bridge Maida Hill West, for a distance of 2¼ chains,
and from a point S. of Bell Street to the junction in
Harrow Road, 2 chains.
Tramway No. 5.—A double and single line commencing
by a junction with the existing Tramway of
the Company in Harrow Road near the "Prince of
Wales" Public House, and at the South end of Walter-
