ASPHALTE.
291 square yards of Asphalte were taken up and relaid.
HCRSE HIRE.
Horses were hired, under contract, from Mr. Stimpson for
watering, cartage, and for dust collecting, in Sydenham and
Forest.hill; and from Mr. Winnifrith, for all purposes, in the
Hamlet of Penge.

The prices per day were as follows:—
