NEW ROADS AND TREES PLANTED.
A road was sanctioned during the year in continuation of
Brownhill Road to Hither Green Lane. This will be a most convenient
road to the public. Between Lee Green and Rushey
Green it will save a great distance.
Forty-one Lime Trees were planted at Rushey Green, in the
west footpath of High Road; 21 on Lewisham Hill; and 20 at
Tranquil Yale and Royal Parade, Blackheath.
