(b) Trapping.
(c) General defects.
3. Condition of closet
(a) Repair.
(b) Water-supply.
(c) Fittings, &c.
4. Condition of ventilation.
5. Condition of water-supply
(a) Constant.
(b) Intermittent.
(c) Storage.
6. Number of inmates with respect to over-crowding.
7. Existence of offensive odours, epidemic disease
rats, &c.
The inspection of the exterior comprised:—
1. Condition of the yard.
(a) Paving.
(b) Drainage.
(c) Cleanliness, &c.
2. Condition of receptacle for dust.
(a) Sufficiency.
(b) Covering.
(c) Repair.
