(Signed) T. TAYLOR,

Moved by Mr. R. Kemp seconded by Mr. Henley and

last be discharged.
VII. Mr. Richardson having made inquiries as to communications

Brighton.
April 11, 1888.
Dear Mr. Knight,
Who am I to thank for the kind attention shewn in
placing a foot stone in front of each gate to the garden
in Beaumont Square.
It is a very great improvement, and will prove of great
comfort to the residents in the Square, who use the
garden.
I hope you will convey to those who kindly conceived
the idea and carried it out, how much I appreciate their
kindness.
The channels and gullies are a great blessing, and tend
to improve the tone of the neighbourhood, which I am
also trying to do, by getting the police to be more on
the alert.
With many thanks for all you have done to assist me
at Mile End.
Believe me,
Yours very sincerely,
(Signed) W. SPENCER BEAUMONT.
