CAMBERWELL PUBLIC BATHS, CAMBERWELL
GREEN SITE.
1, Westminster Chambers,
29th October, 1890.
To the Commissioners.
Gentlemen,
In accordance with instructions from you I have made
careful and detailed examination of 6 sets of designs sent
in competition for the above building extending from
Artichoke Row to Harvey Road.
All the designs have been worked out with much care,
and several indicate much ingenuity in fitting the building
with all the accommodation stated in "Conditions of Competition"
to a most irregular and difficult site, but I am
glad to report that all have done so in one way or another,
and with some slight and unimportant exception all the
required accommodation would be obtained in each of the
designs.
The designs sent in are by the following Architects,
stating their names in alphabetical order.
