7. Constitution of Governing Body. Continued.After the first ap-pointed under Scheme shall be competent persons appointed by Governors, and approved by Charity Commissioners. Appointed for eight years.more than five miles from the church thereof.Governors to be those persons subscribing 20s. or upwards annually, a sub-scription of £10 10s. constitutes a Governor for life. The Directors to be elected at a meeting of the Governors. No person to be entitled to act as a Director unless he first signs the following declaration:— "I, A. B., do solemnly and sincerely declare that I am a member of the Church of England."
