Appointment for 5 years. 6 Co-op-tative Governors.wardens of St. Andrew, Under-shaft, and Alderman of the Lime Street Ward. 8 N on-official Trustees, elect ed, four by Trustees, and four by Vestry of St. Andrew, Under-shaft, to be persons resident, or owners, or occupiers of land, offices, or buildings in the said parish, or within a distance of notinstruction of all the scholars attending the School, and may also use premises as a Sunday School. Board of Directors, consisting of the principal officiating Minister as aforesaid, and his licensed Curates, and 16 other persons to be elected at the Annual Meeting in every year, who shall be contributors in every year to the amount of 20s. at least, or a subscription of £10 10s. or upwards towards the funds of the School, and be members of the Church of England, and to have a beneficial interest in property or be resident in Parish or adjoining one.
