Mem.—Between the Kings Arm's P.H. and Friern
road, the proposed Tramways occupying the
centre of the road will interfere with the course
of the new Sewers which may shortly be
required to be laid down therein.
"ADDITIONAL LANDS FOR WIDENING RYE LANE."
Powers are sought in this Bill to acquire part of the forecourts
of the following properties:—
No. *118, Rye lane, corner of Choumert road.
Nos. *128, *128a, *130, *130a, Rye lane. (Mr. W. L. Dowton
and others, owners, &c.) This is the paved open space
fronting the entrance to Peckham Public Hall, and shops
adjoining northward of Coombe Lodge.
Nos. 134 and 136, Rye lane (Mr. G. T. Congreve, owner).
Forecourts of two houses adjoining southward to Coombe
Lodge.
Mem.—The above properties marked (*), as also
Coombe Lodge, were dealt with in the Act of
August last. (See Clause 7.)
Clause 5 of the Act of 1885, relating to the Junction
between this proposed Tramway and the London Tramway
Company's lines at end of Rye lane, in Peckham High street,
and also as to the proposed widening of Rye lane, it is proposed
