NEW SEWERS ON NEW BUILDING ESTATES.
Plans and Sections have been submitted to the Vestry
for the following proposed Sewers, which, being approved,
were submitted to the Metropolitan Board of Works for
sanction as required by statute. The works when carried
out by the applicants are supervised by the officers of the
Vestry.

NEW GULLIES.
74 Gullies for road drainage have been constructed in
connection with all the foregoing works as and where;
necessary.
GULLY CLEANSING.
The Gullies throughout the parish are regularly
emptied and cleansed by the men employed for the purpose
by the Vestry; and, during the hot summer months, they
are frequently deoderised and receive special attention
according to the state of the weather. The number of
Gullies emptied were 4,234, 2,003 loads of Slopping being
emoved therefrom.
