FORMATION OF NEW STREETS.
In accordance with the Metropolis Management Acts,
and the Bye-laws of the Metropolitan Board, plans for the
formation of four "New Streets" were referred by the Metropolitan
Board for the opinion of this Vestry. The same
were reported upon by the Surveyor; the Vestry recommended
the Board to approve one of such applications.

The Board in each case adopted the Vestry's recommendation.
