Their present proposals are thus:—
Rye Lane. From Peckham High Street, southwards to
the "Heaton Arms," P.H., to join the constructed
line above mentioned. The powers for this line
having lapsed last August, the present application is
for a renewal of such powers.
Lyndhurst Road. This is a repetition of two previous
applications. Its course is from Peckham High
Road along Lyndhurst Road to Chadwick Road,
turning at a right angle into and along Chadwick
Road to Victoria Road, and along that road to
Choumert Road, where it joins the two authorized
lines, one going along Choumert Road towards Nunhead;
the other through Bellenden Road and Maxted
Road, towards East Dulwich.
It will be recollected that the last mentioned line
from the junction of Bellenden and Choumert Roads
passes along Bellenden Road, Maxted Road, Nutbrook
Street, Adys Road, and Ondine Road to Grove Vale.
Oglander Road. This is a proposal for a line (which I
understand is eventually intended to supersede that
in the Ondine Road), it will pass along Oglander
Road, thence through vacant land into Wildash
Road, into Grove Vale, and continue westwards to
Champion Hill Station, and it will also join (in Grove
Vale,) the line authorized through Ondine Road, it
will then cross Goose Green at the entrance to
Lordship Lane at the East Dulwich Hotel, and
continue through Lordship Lane to the constructed
line at the junction with Crystal Palace Road, near
the "Plough" P.H.
Goose Green. A short length of Tramway is also pro-
