boroughs, the boundaries must be adjusted so that
the population in the Electoral Divisions may be
" proximately equalised "—the Scheme No. 2 be
suggested to the Commissioners as an Alternative
Scheme.
Your Committee having been furnished with
maps and statistics, append for the further information
of the Vestry, a schedule showing the population,
rateable value, &c., of the parish in 1881, and
the estimated population, householders, &c., at the
present time. A short epitome of the Redistribution
of Seats Bill, and of the Instructions of the
President of the Local Government Board to the
Commissioners is appended hereto for reference,
together with the Scheme and the Alternative
Scheme proposed by the Committee.
All of which is submitted.

TO THE ROYAL BOUNDARY COMMISSIONERS.
The Vestry of Camberwell desire to submit the
following Scheme and Alternative Scheme to
the Commissioners—both of which schemes
are based upon the principle of not dividing
the present Municipal Wards which were
established, 80 years ago for Municipal Purposes,
under the Metropolis Local Management
Act, 1855.
