quality. The same remark applies to three
Mustards.
Besides these fifty-five articles, I have analyzed
a Water, and two Butters for inhabitants of the
district. The two Butters were forwarded to me by
a grocer who did not believe in their purity. On
analysis they were shewn to consist almost entirely of
butterine.
