Improvements and other incidental
matters, as also occasionally supplementing
the Dust Plant, all of
which work would have been paid
for as extras to the contractors (in
addition to the contract amount)
either by Load or Day Work prices.
This additional work, so performed
by the Vestry Horses, &c., is estimated
at £1,600

Resulting in an actual saving
on the first year's work of £1,280
