No. 223 is obviously adulterated, and the
Magistrate, at the Lambeth Police Court, expressed
his opinion by a heavy fine.
I have also analyzed a sample of Anglo-SwissCondensed
Milk, and found it very good.
Next in importance to Milk is Bread. I have
examined thirty-six samples, and found them unadulterated.
Thanks to the blessing of a good
harvest, and the well-ripened character of the Grain,
the character of the Gluten was everything that could
