I have tho honour to submit my Report for the year
ending I^ady-dny, 1891.
GREAT EASTERN RAILWAY.
Tho widening of tho main line between Bishopsgate
and Cambridge Road has been completed.
The old arch crossing Buckhurst Street has been
removed, and a new iron girdor bridgo substituted.
The roads undor the bridgos (where not previously
paved) have been pavod with 3x7 pitohings, and the
old paving made good at the expense of tho Railway
Company.

PAVING WORKS.
Tho footways of Hersee Place, whioh were partly
pavod, have boon ro-pavod full width with Victoria
