Metropolitan Board of Works, £15,000 at £3 10s. per cent. interest,
and to be repaid by 20 equal annual instalments.
A Contract for the execution of the work by Mr. J. J. Griffiths, of
Kingsland Road, was entered into, and the greater part of the work
has been completed.
