At the Lower Clapton Road clinic expectant and nursing
mothers only are treated, at the Richmond Road clinic infants
and children only are treated, whilst at the Elsdale Street clinic,
at which there is a general treatment room and a room fitted with
three treatment cubicles, both infants and children and expectant
and nursing mothers are treated. A doctor is in attendance once a
week at each of the three actinotherapy clinics.
All three clinics are maintaining a good record of attendances
throughout the year and the results of treatment are very satisfactory,
as may be seen from the following tables. These figures
relate only to attendances at the Lower Clapton Road and Richmond
Road clinics, as the Elsdale Street clinic was not opened until 1939.
