Registration, Licensing and Notification in the Food Trades.
Food standards and additional powers for controlling food
storage are now under consideration, so this appears to be a favourable
opportunity to suggest extension to the food trades generally
of registration associated with the power of refusing and revoking
registration which already operates as regards the milk, meat and
a few specified food trades. This is also an opportunity again to
suggest compulsory notification within a reasonable period of
possession of damaged or suspected food.
