In this case the material had been removed from old mattresses
(possibly hospital material) and imported into England from the Continent.
It would appear that a standard enforceable by law is just as
essential for materials of this type as for Rag and Flock as defined by
the Rag and Flock Act of 1928.
House.to.House Inspection.
The following roads have been inspected during the year: —
Ada Street Morning Lane (part)
Andrews Road Osborne Road (part)
Antwerp Street Theydon Road (part)
Daubeney Road (part) Triangle Road (part)
Duncan Road Wick Road (part)
Meads Place (part)
In addition to these inspections a detailed house.to.house inspection
has been carried out in order to obtain the particulars required
to support clearance schemes in several districts of the Borough.
These particulars are still under consideration.
