5.12 from diarrhoea, making a total of 22.4 deaths from all
these diseases against an average of 32.9 for the preceding 10
years. The death.rate from these diseases for all London was
27.0 per 10,000 population against 22.4 for Hackney, which is
a greater difference than usual, the average for the 10 years
being 329 for Hackney and 35.3 for all London.
