To repair leaky closet pipe leading through firemen's mess room. 7. To remove broken stove from firemen's forecastle. 8. Mid-ship ventilator in seamen's forecastle to be unplugged and fitted with a cowl. 9. Port ventilator in seamen's forecastle to be fitted with a cowl, and the use of ventilator as a stove funnel discontinued, within 28 days.	19th Nov.
