Zymotic Disease.— Insanitary conditions affect zymotic disease in
two ways; they afford suitable ground for the introduction of
infection, and they render less the chance of recovery in those
affected. Table XII discloses a comparison of the Zymotic deathrate
in the Area, Sub-Areas, Strand and London.
