NURSINC IN THE HOME.
This service is undertaken mainly by the staff of the Beddington
and Wallington District Nursing Association and their work in the
Borough is greatly appreciated.
During the year the District Nurses attended 897 cases, including
71 maternity and 79 midwifery patients.
TREATMENT CENTRES AND CLINICS.
1. Child Welfare Centres. When held.
Hackbridge Centre, Every Monday afternoon, 2.0-4.0.
The Grange,
London Road.
Bandon Hill Centre, Every Tuesday afternoon, 2.0-4.0.
Methodist Hall,
Sandy Lane North.
Beddington Centre, First and third Wednesdays of
Village Hall, the month, 2.0-4.0.
Beddington.
Wallington Centre, Second and fourth Wednesdays
Baptist Hall, of the month, 2.0-4.0.
Queen's Road.
2. Maternity Clinics.
Ante-Natal Clinic. Thursdays and Fridays, 2.0-4.0.
Post-Natal Clinic. Every Friday, 2.0-4.0. Held
jointly with the Ante-Natal
Clinic.
Midwives' Clinic. Second and fourth Tuesday of
month.
Consultant's Clinic. Third Friday of the month.
All Maternity Clinics are held at the District Nurses' Home,
57, Montagu Gardens, Wallington.
Voluntary Helpers.— Mrs. Budd, Mrs. Bunting, Mrs. Carver, Mrs.
Feldon, Mrs. Hooper, Mrs. James, Mrs. Jennings, Mrs. King. Mrs. Melton,
Mrs. Phillips, Mrs. Rose, Mrs. Shaw, Mrs. Wild, ladies of the Inner
Wheel of Rotary and lady members of the British Red Cross Society.
