Tuberculosis.
Of the 12 deaths which occurred, 1 was an unnotified case, i.e.,
8.3 per cent, of the total Tuberculosis deaths. Investigation as to the
reasons for omission of notification is made at the request of the
County Medical Officer of Health, and the information obtained is
forwarded to him.

The following table, compiled from local records, shows the number of new cases of Tuberculosis notified during the year, together with the deaths at various age periods:—
