To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the pleasure to submit my twenty-third annual
report of work accomplished and matters of interest
concerning the Sanitary Department. In view of the
exceptional circumstances this will necessarily again be
greatly curtailed. .
For the purpose of abating nuisances and executing repairs to render houses fit for human habitation, the following notices were served:—

It was not necessary to institute proceedings for the
abatement of nuisances or other sanitary matters.
SCABIES.
Much time was spent and many visits made in connection
with the treatment of persons suffering from
Scabies.
