THE AREA.
Laboratory Facilities.
The cost of bacteriological investigations required by
medical practioners in diphtheria, enteric fever, tuberculosis
and certain other special cases is defrayed by the
Council.
The bulk of this work is carried out by the Pathologist
at Kingston Victoria Hospital.
