Purveyors of Graded Milk, 1936:—
"Certified" 3
"Grade A (Tuberculin Tested)" 7
"Grade A (Pasteurised)" 1
"Pasteurised" 5
These grades were revised during the year under the
Milk (Special Designations) Order, 1936, the new designations
being (1) Tuberculin Tested, (2) Tuberculin
Tested (Certified), (3) Accredited, (4) Pasteurised. Only
two new licenses have been issued since these amendments
came into force on the 1st June, 1936, viz. :—
"Tuberculin Tested"1
"Pasteurised" 1
