The following six samples were found to be adulterated or otherwise
irregular:
Milk—Four Samples
These were all from different vendors and were deficient in solids
other than fat to the extent of 1% in three instances and 2% in the
fourth. The explanation given in all was the same—that at that particular
lime of the year, viz: February/March, milk direct from the cow
