Destructor.
Inspection of Food Premises
Details of the visits of inspection of food premises and the resulting
remedial action taken are shown in Table 9.
Food Hygiene
Education, particularly of food handlers, in food hygiene, was
continued on the lines indicated in the previous report. In addition, a
series of lectures illustrated by film, strips were given to selected small
groups of employees engaged in the food trade.
