The following five samples were reported by the Analyst as
adulterated or otherwise irregular : —
Milk.
A sample of milk deficient in milk fat corresponding to the
abstraction of one per cent. of the milk fat. The vendor's explanation
of the cause of the deficiency was accepted by the Committee, who
decided to take no action.
