Vaccination against Smallpox
The percentage of children under one year of age vaccinated against smallpox
during the year was 49.67% compared with 48.7% for 1960.
The following table records the number of persons known to have been vaccinated or re-vaccinated during the year by general practitioners and clinic medical officers:-

Immunisation against Diphtheria, Tetanus and Whooping Cough
Parents have the option of taking their children to their own family doctors for immunisation or attending at the clinics, and the following tables show the results:-
