Your Committee pursued diligently a progressive policy and are
only deterred by the lack of available land in suitable localities for the
extension of their benefieient work.
One of the outstanding needs is that of dental treatment, and the
supply of dentures to women in humble circumstances.
Ways and means are being sought to meet the situation.
I thank the Committee for their sympathetic consideration of all
matters submitted to them, and the staff for their prompt and vigorous
response to every call made upon them.
I am ,
Madam Chairman,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant.
Devid C. Kirkhope
