Nuisances (Public Health Act) —
628 Summonses. 389 Summonses withdrawn. 1 Summons
was adjourned sine die. 238 Magistrate's Orders were
issued to do the uncompleted work specified on the
sanitary notice, in a given time.
Failure to comply with Magistrate's Orders-
82 Summonses. 46 Summonses withdrawn, including one in
Bankruptcy. In 36 cases penalties were imposed.
West Ham Corporation Acts, ,1893 and 1898—
6 Summonses. 4 Summonses withdrawn. In one case a
penalty was imposed, and in another case no penalty was
imposed.
Rag Flock Acts, 1911 and 1928—
3 Summonses. 1 Summons withdrawn. 2 Summonses dismissed.
In one case defendant prosecuted wholesaler,
