From 29th September, 1963 until 31st December, 1964, a person
holding the appropriate licence could use the words "Tuberculin" Tested
Milk (Pasteurised)" as an alternative to the words "Pasteurised Milk" in
relation to milk which has been pasteurised.
From 1st October, 1964, until 31st December, 1964 milk could be
labelled as ' Tuberculin Tested" if the conditions applicable to the use of
the special designation 'Untreated" were otherwise satisfied.

The total number of licences issued up to the end of 1964 being 64 as shewn below:-

To comply with the Milk (Special Designation) Regulations, 1963,
samples of 'Pasteurised' and Tuberculin Tested' Milk on arrival at the
testing laboratory shall at once be removed from the insulated container
