Although this article might be described as a thirst quencher It certainly was not a soft drink and the directions were Impracticable. The statement specifying the Ingredients was not marked on or clearly legible through the outermost wrapper as Is required by the Labelling of Food Order 1950Manufacturer Warned The sample failed to comply with the provisions of the Labelling of Food Order 1950 and the Soft Drinks Order 1947. As a result of prolonged negotiations with the firm's legal representatives the manufacture and distribution of these articles was discontinued
