FAMILY PLANNING
The ever increasing demand for birth control services resulted in the expansion of the Council's
service during the year.
The sessions planned for Perrin Road Clinic commenced in September and Pound Lane Clinic in July
1972.
It is hoped to extend the service to Mortimer Road Clinic and College Road in early 1973.
From April 1972 patients attending Borough clinics and Family Planning Association clinics received
free advice and treatment. Brent residents attending Family Planning Association clinics outside the Borough
were also paid for by Brent.
