The Liquid Egg (Pasteurizing) Regulation, 1963
The regulation requires the pasteurization of liquid egg which is to be used in food intended
for human consumption. 15 samples were submitted for the Alpha-amylase test for adequate
pasteurization and found to be satisfactory.
