The following licences have been granted by the Council authorising dealers to store and sell Designated milks : — | |
Pasteurised Milk | 30 |
Tuberculin Tested Milk | 14 |
Sterilised Milk | 20 |
Untreated | 5 |
All premises are inspected before licences are granted, and principal
licences are verified with the appropriate local authorities before
licences are issued.
No licences were refused.
Under the regulations the Local Authority continued to take samples from dealers and during the year under review the following were taken: —
