The Infantile Mortality rate is 38 per 1,000 births, which
compares very favourably with the Infant Mortality rate of
England and Wales, viz., 64 per 1,000 births.
I take this opportunity to express my thanks to the Chief
Sanitary Inspector and the staff of the Department for their work
