Chemical and Bacteriological Examination of Food.
The Counties' Public Health Laboratories, Gidea Park College,
Gidea Park, Essex, undertake bacteriological examinations for the
Council.
Dr. Bernard Dyer and Partners, Peek House, 20, Eastcheap,
E.C.3, carry out the chemical analysis of food and drugs.
