One licensed slaughterhouse is being used within the district
and twenty-one butchers shops; the visits paid to these premises
number 683. The meat and food shops generally have been
maintained in a satisfactory condition.
The undermentioned table sets forth the carcases inspected
and the instances in which parts of carcases were condemned:
