ANNUAL REPORT
FOR THE YEAR 1937.
To the Chairman and Members of the
Chingford Urban District Council.
Madam Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present my Annual Report upon the
Health and Sanitary Circumstances of the district, in the form
prescribed by the Ministry of Health.
I take this opportunity of thanking the Senior Sanitary
Inspector, Mr. J. F. Rogers, and the staff of the Public Health
Department for their help and co-operation during the year, and
of acknowledging also the support received from the Council
and from the Chairman and Members of the Public Health
Committee.
