One sample of tinned salmon was taken during the year and
on examination was found to be genuine.
Chemical and Bacteriological Examination of Food.
The Counties Public Health Laboratories, Queen Victoria
Street, E.C.4, undertake these examinations for the Council.
Nutrition.
The Gas Light & Coke Company's "Nutrition" film was
shown to a large audience of the Parents' Association at the
Chase Lane School in October.
As in previous years the B.M.A. book "Family Meals and
Catering" has been on sale at Welfare Centres and the Town
Hall.
